GLRR Meet

Spring Break Youth Track and Field Meet

This track and field meet is a free event and is open to all kids in grades 3 to 8. It is co-hosted by the Lowell Track High School Track Team and the Greater Lowell Road Runners Club.

This is not an "official" Nitehawks' meet and will not be coached. However, it appears to be informal and should be easy to navigate.

Date

Tuesday, April 22.

Start Time

The first event will be at 1:30pm. Registration starts at 1:00pm.

Registration

There is no pre-registration. Registration is on the day of the meet and starts at 1:00pm. There is no entry fee.

Events

Track events: 100 yard dash, 220 yard dash, 440 yard dash, 880 yard run and 1 mile run. Relay races.

Field events: Shot put, discus, long jump and triple jump.
