Seasons
We provide a year-round program. We compete in cross-country in the
fall, indoor track in the winter and outdoor track in the spring and summer.
- Cross-Country

Cross-country is our fall sport. Some of our athletes
participate because they love running. Others join in to get in shape
or to stay in shape for their spring and summer sports.
- Indoor Track and Field

During the winter we practice and compete in indoor track
facilities.
- Outdoor Track and Field
-
In the spring and summer we move outdoors and enjoy the full range
of track and field events.
